We had tried out several other realtors in the area, and Laurie was "the one." She helped us through the process without ever pressuring us to jump into something that wasn't a good fit. She dealt with our unpredictable lender well, and was very laid back?just what we needed. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a "real" person in realty.

I ended up not using them because the area that my house is located was really outside their normal selling area. However, the agent that responded to me Angie's List inquiry, Leslie Stahl, was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting pics and the house listed in the MLS.
If they were more familiar with the Calhan/Falcon area, I would have stayed with them for sure. I changed agents when I noticed that the comps that were provided for me were for manufactured homes, while mine was a stick built. Kind of a big deal when selling.

"Thank you for your review. Per my email on 10/11/13: "There are no "stick-built" homes nearby that have sold- lots of mobile homes. Here is everything that has sold in a 10 mile radius that is on similar land size to yours: RES - Long/All Rem/All Pho/Lbl There are a couple of listings right now nearby that are stick-built priced a little over $200k and they are not selling. So, I would suggest a list price in the mid to upper $190's." Property was listed with another agent and started at $215,000, dropping eventually to $199,000 before being taken off the market 144 days later. So, I think my original analysis was correct."
