Craig advertised being a member of the Better Business Bureau.  The work was advertised to be completed as of early August/late July, and as of 30 September it was not complete, so we fired him.  We consistently had to conduct quality assurance checks on his work, and had to point out things that as non-trademen were apparent to us, like flawed flashing, messy trim work, and damage incurred which was never fixed (the roofers punched a hole into the closet on the top floor, and that was never fixed).   Our lawn is still ruined where Craig had heavy equipment drive across it. Debris from re-roofing fell into my attic and was never removed. I also personally observed safety practices that weren't adhered too (not using safety harnesses on steep pitched roofs.) I could go on. At 7 months pregnant, I was tired of dealing with him consistently trying to cut corners so that he could get the cheapest laborers and retain the monies for himself.  Craig is a nice guy, but if you want to work done to standard and on time, don't hire him.

MY REPAIR WENT VERY WELL BLUE EAGLE ROOFING ALWAYS KEPT IN TOUCH ON THE COMPLETION AND OTHER REPAIRS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AFTER COMPLETING THE REPAIRS. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB ON CLEANING UP AROUND MY HOUSE ALL EMPLOYEES DID A VERY HIGH QUALITY JOB. I WOULD VERY MUCH USE BLUE EAGLE ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION AGAIN FOR ALL MY REPAIRS NEEDED.

He did what he said he would and it was of great quality for a very reasonable price.  I had two other estimates and both were much higher.  He did a good job and I am very satisfied!!!

All in all a great job.  I marked N/A on the price rating as this was an insurance claim.  Everyone was extremely helpful during the process, working with me and my insurance company to manage the paperwork.  The team installing the roof was punctual, and took great care to keep our property clean and safe (using magnets to ensure no loose nails remained in our yard).  Good selection of replacement shingles in a variety of colors and qualities to meet our budget.  No complaints at all on the installation, clean, straight, and our house looks much better than it did with the old warped and cracked wood shake.

They did a good job. I thought that they were local company, however they ended up being a storm chaser company.
