Wonderful experience. Jim was very friendly and professional. He did only what he felt necessary for the tuning, which actually ended up being less than I expected with having gone many years without tuning plus a move.

He was very informative. He took the time. He explained what he was doing. He showed me the parts of the piano itself and what he was doing, what was good, what could possibly go wrong with pianos and how to take care of it. He gave me a lot of information. It was reasonable. It was vey good work. He was a couple of minutes early.

It went well. He was on time had all the necessary tools for the job. Jim was very knowledgeable and nice too. He asked a few questions and then got right to the tuning. When he was all done the piano sounded much better.
