We listed our house with them and it stayed listed for almost 35 days and we decided to take it off the market. She told us she could sell it in 4 days and that definititely did not happen. She did not do market analysis and so we could not sell it for what we were asking. She wasted our time and other realtors' time.

She is extremely knowledgable....one of the top sellers in Colorado Springs area (belongs to The Platinum Group). We worked with BJ's team from across the country and came out to Colorado Springs, found our dream home within a few hours. The second home (for mom-in-law) BJ worked very hard to meet the needs of a 95 year old woman. BJ showed us a lot of homes and we finally ended up with a perfect house for her. We are now in the process of selling the second home. BJ and her team staged this home beautifully and have been very attentive keep us informed of feedback and areas we can improve. We currently have an offer on that house.
