+ -1 moreGreat; they answered lots of questions on the phone ahead of time and gave information/rates about renting different types of equipment. The sprayer performed well and there were no issues returning it a couple hours late (and paying a late fee!).

Description of Work: I called this business to get a quote on firewood and the person who answered the phone was very rude. After he asked me what I needed and I told him I needed a quote on firewood, I could hear him talking on another phone to others without even asking me to hold and kind of just forgot about me for few minutes. This is very bad business practice. Please don't use these jokers. They don't even deserve to be on Angies List.

Description of Work: Bill's Tool Rental supports the Race for the Cure every year. They provided incredible service an a multitude of equipment - They are the reason that there are lights and generators for people at 3am when we are doing final preparations as well as for our 8000 participants as they come to the event area. + 2 moreA great experience from beginning to end, especially for us novices. No problems with the chipper after a full day of working it. We will definitely use them again and refer others to their business. The company offers a military discount too.
Description of Work: We rented a 6 inch chipper 3 or 4 days before picking it up. Got there a little late to pick it up. Gave them a call to let them know we were coming. No problem, and it was ready and waiting for us to pick up. The gentlemen who worked that day were very pleasant and professional; local guys. They promptly filled out all the paperwork, took us outside and explained all the mechanics of the chipper (to my husband); helped us hook it up properly and we were on our way. They offered to help us out if we had a jam while operation too. (We didn't.)
