Bill's Home Repair

This was for my mother's mobile home evaporator cooler, which another handyman had seriously messed up to the point where we couldn't find where the water source was for the unit anymore. Mark and his assistant came out quickly and were very nice to my mom. After quite a bit of effort, to our amazement, they were able to run the water line to the unit on the top of the mobile home roof and uncovered the unit. They also took the time to fold the cover for the unit in a very neat and compact shape. Although I wasn't there during the work, my mom could not stop saying how nice, professional, and competent these gentlemen were. Both of us will be using them in the future for any and all our home repair needs.

Installed a above range microwave vent system that went out through the roof. Prompt response. Same day response. Crew was extremely pleasant and courteous. I had an issue with one part of the job but they immediately fixed it without question. Would recommend to anybody and would definitely use again

All parts of the project were completed in a day and a half. The workmanship was superior. Bill and his employees, Mark and Carol, were very professional and hard working.

He was great. Made appointment, got there 10 min ahead. Brought all tools (didn't ask to borrow anything) Cleaned up, like I would have, behind himself. He was professional and completed work as promised. Definitely would recommend and use again.

We used this provider for a small job to gauge their work for ourselves. The entire crew, including Bill himself, showed up on time and reviewed their plans with us before getting started. By the end of the day we were left with an amazing new entry stairway half wall and an immediate decision to ask them to finish the remaining project components. The 2nd visit was just as expected. The entire crew showed up early, reviewed the plans and got to work. 330 that day they had sanded, re-mudded and painted a large entry way wall as well as framed, drywalled and blended a 4x4 opening between our basement and the entry way. The new wall required 2 types of texture which Bills crew blended perfectly. Living in a 45yr old house you quickly learn that nothing goes as expected and that was the same for this project. Fortunately the issues were relatively minor and Bills team corrected and improved things at no extra cost. To their team' it was simply a matter of doing things right. We will be hiring them again in the future for the rest of our home remodeling plans. Very polite, professional and priced right.

They were truly wonderful.. I had checked with some other companies who would have charged 4 times as much. They did the work for an amazing price and although the size of the fan was not the same, they made it fit perfectly and it works great!! Looks great too! They were very polite, very nice, really knew what they were doing, professional and this was such a good price. I will use them in the future for all my handman needs, which are quite a few.. They also do electrical work. This is a GREAT company!

Installed a new bathroom fan as mine had died.

First of all, they knew exactly what had to be done to duplicate the old box.  They were very professional.  Gave an estimate
which we felt was reasonable for the work required.  They arrived on time and finished within a few hours.  We were referred to this contractor by my sister who had window well covers designed and constructed by "Bill".  She and many neighbors had many windows of odd sizes and he was able to handle all of it with a quality cover.  
We recommend "Bill" and his men highly for service and quality work.

Very nice, hard working crew. Always on time and finished on time.

They were an hour late- and only show because I called them. Despite the fact that the day before I informed them what I am looking to have done- they did show without a plumbers putty and a saw. They made a lot of mess in the house and the quality of work was far from great. In addition- it took a long time and they charged a lot for the work they have done. The positive was- at the end - at least they negotiated the price that we both agreed upon.

Foundation repairs made to a duplex, by another contractor, resulted in some expected damage to the support structure of two wooden decks.  Bill's Home Repair replaced six wooden support columns and four rotted rim joists. Three workers, supervised by Bill, completed the work in three days.  The work was competently done, on time and at a reasonable price. I'll use them again/

It went extremely well.  Bill scheduled the work to be completed the week after providing an estimate.  They repaired more of the soffit than was originally planned at no extra cost, and they also fixed the problem in the roof area that was causing water to leak into the soffit and rot the wood.  Everyone that worked on the house was friendly, knowledgeable, and they cleaned up after themselves.  I would highly recommend Bill's Home Repair.

Insulated, sheet rocked, textured and painted a 10X12' room. Also installed the vinyl floor. I supplied most of the material. I am very satisfied with Bill's work and his crew.

He was unable to make the original time but called to give me an update.  (Thank you.  Communication is great.) The price was reasonable and the job was done right.
