He was very good and extremely reasonable. He was kind. He moved furniture around and cleaned behind things.

I can't think of any "don'ts" when working with Bill's Carpet and Upholstery. He was on time, through, got spots out we had given up on.

Project included two bedrooms with walk-in closts, plus two stairways, one from first floor to second, the other from basement to first floor. Each stairway had one landing.
Phone estimate was slightly less than the actual charges, but then they didn't see the actual space and were going on my description. They did not charge for the upstairs hallway. When I mentioned Angie's List, they offered the A. L. discount without my asking.
Arrived on time and went to work promptly. Very efficient. Carpets looked great when they were done. I would not hesitate to hire again.

Bill did a great job and showed me how dirty the carpets had become. He cleaned them and even did a couple of throw rugs! On time and professional.
