Great! After one day he was back to his old self.

My vet is talking about retiring. There are several vets, but I go to Bill since 1971. He is down to three days a week. He went down to an small office. Its just Bill and, they got five other vets. Its gotten expensive.

very good. One item that bothers me is their use of Bone Meal treats. This is very unprofessional. Look at the ingredients and look at the reviews on the web for Bone Meal. Nasty. They must be subsidized to use this bad product. Why a great outift would use this product is beyond comprehension.

This is the closest animal hospital to my home.  Twice we needed emergency life threatening care for a dog and a cat (separate incidents) and when we walked in with the sick/wounded animals, we were asked if we had an appointment then turned away.  Both of my animals died within the hour at other Clinics.  What struck me BOTH times was the unconcern of the receptionist even as she witnessed the severe bleeding. Perhaps she was instructed to not bother a Veterinarian, no matter the severity?

EVERYONE WAS GREAT!! I JUST ADOPTED ANOTHER PUPPY AND WILL BE TAKING HIM TO GET A CHECK UP WITH THEM NEXT WEEK!

I like the calmness and friendliness of the doctor. She doesn't push unnecessary surgery. My cat, Lucy, loves her. There is usually not a long waiting time and the waiting room is very clean. The prices are very reasonable amd the office staff is friendly and efficient.

I have been going to them for a long time. I like them and I trust them with my animal. I like that there are several vets there because if it is just one vet and if there is an emergency, you might not be able to see that vet. So I like that there are several there and they have all seen my pets over the years. They have always been pretty right on with all their treatments and diagnosis. Everybody I have dealt with genuinely like animals and really like people. I am happy with their prices. They are available.

Dr. Miller is a very caring and nurturing veterinarian; she has a lot of heart. The staff reflects the care of the doctors; they are very pleasant, attentive, and they are very nice people.

The work went great last time I was in. We have been going there for years and years. The staff is personable, we have come to know some of the veterinarians personally.

He was actually diabetic and they missed that. He had a blood sugar crisis and it ended up shutting his kidneys down. They could have pulled him out of it if they had caught it in time but they just kind of didn't know. They told me that he was not diabetic, and I asked them to check but they said that there was no point since he didn't show any signs of diabetes. It turned out that he really was diabetic. I took him back there about two days later and they told me that his blood sugar was way off and that his kidneys had shut down, so there was nothing but to put him to sleep. The staff was really nice. The price was moderate. They are very punctual. I personally like the doctor, and when I got a new dog three days later, he was real good with him.

Adopted an older feline (4+ years old) last year and he came with a voucher for vet followup. After checking the list from the shelter of recommended vets for follow up care, we selected this one based solely on location (near our home). We were seen within 1 day, the vet handled our shelter-shy cat gently, and there were no additional charges or other up-sell of services. When the cat wasn't eating a week later, we called and the vet had us come in and purchase the medicine (less than $10) without charging us for another visit. We haven't had any problems, the office is fine, and we still take our cat here for the occasional care he needs.

This was done just before a big snow storm so my cat had to wait until I could get out. All her insides were coming out of the internal incision.

We have used them for years because my sister-in-law used to work there. That is how we got to know almost all veterinarians in the hospital. I don't think they have anything to improve on. We really like that place. I think the price is reasonable.

I really like that I can be in the exam room, helping to hold and comfort my dog. I also like that Dr. W. and the Bijou team don't insist on the long list of shots, only those that are necessary. Dr. W. explains thouroughly explains everything including how I need to administer treatments. He devotes enough time to the appointment; I never feel rushed. I am not that familar with vet costs, but the costs seem reasonable to me. Sometimes I cannot get in for an appointment for more than a week, unless it's an emergency.

I have been using their services for about ten years. They are good with animals. The animals do not mind going there. They have an office cat that roams around. They can do everything and provide excellent quality care. This place is special.
