Why does Big O Tires never have snow tires in stock after the first 1" snowfall in Colorado??? You'd think in a state where it actually snows once in a while that they would carry such a thing. So when you go out on their website and they advertise $108 per tire and then you call them -- they jack up the price to $125/tire supposedly because they "don't have any in stock." Now I don't believe that. I drive a very common, popular car for the state of Colorado -- a Subaru Outback. So after everything is totaled up snow tires would be $681. To add insult to injury, I ruptured something in my lower right abdomen moving things around in the garage before getting the new tires and spent the day in the emergency room. The CT scan showed I have a hernia and need surgery to repair it. So being unable to lift heavy things I really felt I had no choice but to cancel my snow tires. On top of getting nothing, I was charged a $125 restocking fee. Seriously????? They had those tires sold to someone else in less than 5 minutes.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Big O Tires AGAIN!!!!
