During repeated visits over the course of a year Bicycle Village was a disappointment. It took four trips to fix a front derailleur problem. The mechanics didn't find the problem on the first visit, then ordered the wrong part (TWICE) and on the fourth attempt they installed it improperly. The staff are neither courteous nor knowledgable. Several staff members didn't know that studded tires came in 700c, and one didn't know what the difference between a fixie and a single speed. You're better off buying merchandise online and taking your service problems elsewhere.

They give complimentary tune ups if you purchase your bikes. Their pricing is reasonable. They have always been professional and helpful.
Description of Work: I have been using them for a couple of year for puchasing bikes and service.
