Best Construction Brands did an amazing job on a new deck project for me. Their communication through the design development, contract and ordering phase of the deck was outstanding. They clearly laid out the process, provided great design input and were transparent with the pricing. They started construction on the day they committed to and worked continuously through its completion and provided a timely and quality product. Additionally, they handled all of the permitting and inspections with PPRBD and everything went smoothly. I would recommend Best Construction Brands to anyone looking to build a new deck. I work as a manager at Bryan Construction and am exposed to Subcontractors daily, the work service Best provided for me was as good as any I’ve been exposed to.

Horrible customer service (rude, disrespectful, talked down, pushy), numerous if NO project management, would not listen and had to push to have concerns addressed, numerous damages to home and landscaping that was a result of not listening and no prep work, company refused to fix these damages (I had to fix on my own), extreme delay with finishing, they stopped communicating, I continue to find nails/screws in my landscaping, ABSOLUTE horrible concrete work. This project was over $20,000 and I believe overpriced. This was a recent 2020 job. I would NOT recommend this company at all! I still have not received any warranty information; have had to contact the product company directly. I made ALL my payments on time and they refused/failed to finish the job due to their mismanagement of the project. I would bring up specific issues/requests and return home and find the exact opposite done. Cracked driveway due to their negligence, refused to make landscaping the same pre-project, splattered concrete on strucco/house, paint/stucco repair does not match existing, concrete material in shrubs. Horrible finishing work, sprinkler line damage

"We have went over and above to please this customer as we do with all our customers. Never were we rude or pushy. Both owners have personally went over and above to please her. The project turned out beautiful. She still owes us several thousands and we believe she is just impossible to please regardless of our numerous attempts. We have video and pictures proving the quality. Every concern she has brought to our attention was taken care of beyond industry standards. It was as if she just wanted to find a way to get out of paying and would continually make up reasons to not pay. Now that she is trying to discredit us we will be seeking legal remedies against her and to collect."

Ray and his staff were courteous and attentenive. From the initial consultation to each jobs completion he and the crews were awesome to work with. They have become more than just our contractor. We trust them with our most valued possession, our home and will definitely use them again.
