This is a great company! Was on time completed job on time, clean up was great. Very friendly. I highly recommend. My work was completed 2 years ago however when I seen them on here I had to give a review to let everyone know this is a great reliable company.

The company refused to give us a numerical estimate. They said they would charge us "whatever our insurance company said it would cost" to replace the roof. When we asked about this, they said that all companies do it this way. I am not sure why it should matter how much our insurance company pays us-- it still costs them a fixed amount to do the work, so they should be able to provide a numerical quote. However, given that it was difficult to even get another company to look at our roof to provide us with another quote (due to how many homeowners who had damage in the area), we decided to go with them. It took several weeks before they could do the work, which we understood, again given the volume of work in the area. The work seemed to be good enough, and we paid them immediately. However, 3 1/2 months after the work was completed, they came back and told us that we owned them more money! They said it was related to the recoverable depreciation payment from our insurance company and the deductible, but again, the insurance company did not pay them, we did. It should not matter how much money we did or did not get from our insurance company, what our deductible or recoverable depreciation is-- that is between us and our insurance company, not the insurance company and the roofer. We contracted with the roofer to replace our roof, where the money came from is not their business. And of course without any paperwork with a firm quote from them, we couldn't do anything but pay them more, which is totally outrageous. For all we know they could decide they want more money again at some point in the future. Please do not make the same mistake we did--steer clear of this company!!
