About us

Auto Towing, Inc. has been in business in El Paso County for over 13 years. We have a fleet of 25 light duty flatbed tow trucks, 4 medium duty flatbeds, 1 four wheel drive flatbed with a plow, a 55 ton under reach and a semi with a landoll. We can take care of any of your towing needs. All of our drivers go through extensive training and are required to take classes and receive certifications in customer service, safety, winching, lockouts, straps, motorcycles, accident scene management and invoicing. Auto Towing, Inc. is also the exclusive AAA towing service provider for all of El Paso County. We were picked for the Bronze award by AAA, which put us in third place for towing in North America, and we continue to win the ACE award year after year, which is for the top 100 towing operations in America. We are open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to ensure our customers satisfaction!

DJ Reed was the driver for Auto Tow Inc. He was very courteous, helpful, and creative. My car was stuck on the curb and some rocks. Where another driver with a different company but basically the same equipment said he couldn't do the job without damaging my car, DJ and his partner figured out how to resolve the situation in a safe way that did no more harm.
Description of Work: The driver from Auto Tow Inc., was the second one to come out to my house in order to move my car off the curb and some boulders. He used a combination of winch, flatbed, rocks, and different wood to free our vehicle.
