Yes, they are nice, as others indicated. Are they honest? I don't really feel like it.
"We apologize the tires failed to get rotated, we offered to rotate them when it was convenient for you. That was our mistake and we own that. We can still rotate at any time, no appointment needed. Again very sorry about that. The ac service was not explained thoroughly because the vehicle was dropped off before we arrived at work with no contact information. We performed the ac groupon service that includes 1 lb of Freon and charged you for the extra pound. The fact that the system was extremely low did set a red flag, but the system needed to be filled to expose leaks for future review. Mike has tried to explain this and tried to bring the vehicle back so that we could inspect with a uv light and find the source of the leak. Inspecting an ac system leak after its been charged and expelled is free of charge. Its almost impossible to find a leak in a system that contains a colorless odorless gas until you add dye to it , as we did with your service (we did that free of charge because you were unable to be reached and as I said before the fact that the system was low did raise a red flag). There were a few mistakes made with the explanation of services provided, and the tire rotation. That's not the norm at Auto Tech Plaza and we would like to make it right with you.
