Asked for mobile service and gave address; was told no issues and that they could come out. The day they were to come out, got a call telling me that they did not have mobile service in my area. I wasted over a week to find this out. Customer service is not that good and based on that I would look elsewhere.

They set up an appointment quickly and finished the work in about an hour, and at a good price.

Awesome service! I was price checking and Auto Glass Now was the cheapest I found so I checked reviews. Everything looked good so I had decided to give them a try, but hadn't yet scheduled my appointment. When price checking, I asked how much notice they needed and was told only a day or two so I was waiting until payday. Then, a few days later, I got a call from Auto Glass Now with an even better price! $40 cheaper than what I had previously been quoted; which was already the lowest I'd found in town. They scheduled me, called like they said they would, and showed up on time. Then the gentleman performing the replacement called me out to show me that there was rust underneath the seal; which he found after removal. He told me he had to sand it out and I was waiting for him to tell me that would be an extra $. Never happened! I was only charged what I was quoted, $140, plus tax (around $150 total). I would absolutely recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone! They exceeded my expectations!

Everything about the experience exceeded expectations. An appointment was made and the window was replaced at their location. My teenage daughter, because she uses the car, went to this appointment on her own and they were very respectful of her. Auto Glass Now was timely, courteous, affordable, and gave clear instructions for the proper care and maintenance of the new windshield, especially for the 48 hours following the install. A couple weeks ago I called around town to a few Auto Glass Shops to get a phone quote on replacing the cracked front windshield in my son's car. I called one of the Chevy Dealerships, Safelite, and a few others. I thought all of their prices were quite high for such a small windshield. Then a couple days later I was driving down Platte Avenue and saw a HUGE yellow banner offering 60% off auto glass, so I quickly jotted down the number and called. I spoke to Cody and he immediately gave me a quote, which by the way, was far less than all the other quotes I had received. Being the least expensive quote, I was a little apprehensive so immediately started asking some important questions like do they use OEM glass, what type of adhesives do they use and a few other related questions. Thinking that at this low price it might be on of those deals where and quot;you get what you pay forand quot;, but that was certainly NOT the case! Once all my questions had been answered, I felt much more comfortable with this company and decided I would have them replace the windshield in a week or so once it got back from having some repairs at the dealership. The following Monday, I received a call from Cody. He was inquiring if I still needed to have the windshield replaced and wanted to offer me a New Year's special...$20 off any windshield replaced this week. I was very impressed that he followed up our conversation with a call to tell me this! I explained to him that m car probably wouldn't be done until the following week and he said he still would honor the $20 off, which made me very happy! The afternoon I picked up my car, I called to schedule the appointment with Cody and lucky enough they had the exact glass for my vehicle in stock so I could come over immediately to have the windshield replaced. The entire process was very fast, about 40 minutes. Cody thoroughly explained the process to me and what I needed to be careful of over the next few days. They left a few strips of blue tape on the windshield (that needed to stay for two days, he advised me NOT take it through a car wash for a few days and to also leave a back window slightly (making less pressure on the glass) down to allow the glue to seat properly - all that advice I was glad to have because no one else had ever told me these things with previous glass replacements I had done with other competing glass companies. told me that before when I had a windshield replaced.
