They started May 13, 2011 and it was suppose to take two-and-a-half weeks. There was about a week of rain which held them up. They finished on June 27, 2011. The walls are beautiful and well built. I am very pleased with the walls!! I did make a few changes in the process of building the walls and they were okay with that.
The only problems I had was with their repairing the broken sprinkler lines, broken electric lines, and clean-up.
They had to come back several times to re-do the repairs to the sprinkler lines. (We finally did the fix that worked.) I had to have an electrician come out and fix the electrical repairs they did. (They did pay for it however.) The worst part though, was the ruts left in the yard that went completely around my house and the rocks scattered all over the yard. And my yard was about 90% destroyed. We must have had a communication misunderstanding because I thought the yard would be left in a condition so that I could re-seed. I was told by Butch that the ruts and rocks were "just part of the landscaping process." We've spent hours and hours removing the rocks and trying to get the ruts out.
I would hire them again, but I would get in the contract the condition the yard would be left in.
