the original installer would not reply to voicemail, nor text message, so I read the reviews of Aspen and had them come out. The original install used industrial double sided tape, but that apparently only works on perfectly flat surfaces. The technician from Aspen cleaned off the old tape and fixed it properly with RTP silicone caulk which will mold itself to the surface and maintain flexibility. They explained the process, explained the fix and completed it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Great work and would use again.

We went in to the store to look at what they had to offer, left our contact info with receponist and after no call from them in a week, we called them. Our info was "LOST". Once they came out and saw what we neede it went smoother. The workmanship was great and the office was better at communicating.

I broke the glass out of a small sliding window in a bathroom so I contacted Aspen glass to see if they could repair it. I was able to remove the slider with the broken glass and took it to their shop. I was delayed getting there and they were closing up shop. They stopped everything and took my broken window in the shop and got it fixed up in about 15 minutes. The glass matched perfectly and they went above and beyond in my opinion and it only cost me about $38! I can't say enough good things about Aspen Glass and their customer service. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Aspen Glass and they are great.  The first time they repaired a patio door window at our daughter's house (they just bought the house and I broke the while glass weed-whacking).  
This time I wanted to update some windows to a more efficient glass.  The windows were custom and installed in 1987.  The casements were still in good shape so it was easier to upgrade the glass from the old double-pane glass with broken seals to a low-e glass insert.
Mike and Phil were the guys who did the installation and they did a wonderful job.  I also asked them to check a leak in some windows I had installed two years ago by another company and were leaking.  They found the source of the leak and were able to identify a solution.
I still have six patio door and 15 window panes to replace and plan to use Aspen Glass to do the work.

Aspen Glass came to measure the broken window the same day I called them.  They gave me an estimate the following day and ordered the window.  The window arrived sooner than expected given that it was the busy season.  They were courteous, prompt, and much less expensive than another quote I  received.  They cleaned up and left everything in good order. I wish I had called them for a quote prior to replacing 13 windows a year ago.  I will definitely use them again.

My experience with Aspen Glass went extremely well. Their representative came to my house promptly to make an estimate after being contacted through your site and beat the competitor's bid significantly.
They installed the windows efficiently and left no mess.

Years ago, we had a bathtub taken out and had it turned into a shower.  We had Aspen Glass remove the old shower door assembly and replace with a sliding door that is hinged from the top (this makes for easy cleaning of the track below).  The representative came to the house, showed us several door choices and gave us an excellent price for the replacement.  The two gentlemen who came to do the work were very professional and did an excellent job in the replacement which did not take as long as we had thought.  We really like the shower door and would highly recommend Aspen Glass.

Need window panes quickly for our rental property.  We were already behind schedule and Aspen Glass was able to cut them on the spot for a reasonable price.  Everywhere else wanted 2-3 weeks!!  These guys are awesome and great customer service.  Will definitely use them again.

I needed a couple of extra glass shelves for my wide Pulaski Curio cabinet.  After dealing with Pulaski, the furniture company here in
town that I'd bought the Pulaski from and a couple of other glass companies in Colorado Springs, I settled on and was pleased with Aspen Glass... Their prices were better, their customer service and patience were great.  I would try them again.

I needed some custom tempered glass shelves to upgrade/re-model current setup. Very helpful with tips and suggestions. Project came out above expectations. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Recommended
