We've been using Aspen Garage Door since 2012 and have always had excellent work! Bob is honest and gets the job done and he knows his work! Price is very reasonable! We told him he can never retire cause he's not replaceable! Would highly recommend!

My garage door opener started clicking, but not activating, when I hit any remote control unit (wall-mounted or mobile).  I called Bob, and he gave me an appointment the next day (late in the afternoon to accommodate my work schedule).  He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes as a faulty component on the control board, and repaired it equally rapidly.  This is the third time I've used Bob, and each time went like that.  He worked within my schedule, showed up on time, and rapidly and professionally fixed the problem (previously, door tune-up to include new pulley cables and spring replacement).  Bob is a true professional who gave me a fair and accurate estimate, showed up on time, and did what he said he would do, rapidly and efficiently, every time.  He has my garage door business as long as he wants it.  I heartily recommend him. 

Bob was wonderful. He even changed his schedule to pick up our garage door in Denver so that he was able to install it
on the day before we were leaving time, allowing us to coordinate with our home painters. The weather was cold and damp but her diligently installed our garage door without complaining and did an excellent job. We would recommend Aspen Garage Doors
to anyone wanting a new door or even to fix their present garage door.

Every time I have been very pleased with the service. They are prompt, quick, and very reasonably priced. He always looks over the whole door and does things like replace worn wheels, lube hinges -- whatever might be needed -- without charging anything extra. Anytime I have a problem with a garage door I call Aspen.

When I clicked the garage door opener the door wouldn't come up. Looking at the springs one was broken. We called on Thursday, about noon, and was told the repairman would be there between 11 and noon the next day. He showed up at 11 and took a measurement of the spring and took apart the spring assembly and replaced the springs then tested the garage door would go up and down as it should. Has worked perfectly since.

This company is top-notched. We found a garage door that wouldn't open first thing in the morning due to a broken spring. I hopped on Angie's List and decided to contact Aspen Garage. Bob was at my house that very morning. He had our garage door working in no time. We couldn't be happier with him and will be a return customer. Thanks so much Bob!!

We needed a repair on our garage door due to a short in the circuit board. Aspen was quick to respond to my phone call, arrive right on time and was able to repair the board by sautering it together. I liked that fact that he repaired it and didn't try to sell me a new part. He offered to come back for free if we have any additional problems with it. Great service!

He came straight out that it was unbelievable. The garage door was in a pretty bad condition. Most people that I had called said that we had to replace it and that it would cost around $400 or $600. Aspen Garage Door saved me about $400. He did an absolutely fantastic job in solving the problem. He did the work quickly and was unbelievably fantastic. The door works well now. They were just a great company all around.

I was told the day before that Bob would arrive between 2:00 and 3:00. He arrived at 2:20. Unfortunately, the door opener worked perfectly while he was here. He checked all the obvious things and the opener still worked perfectly. He told me to call him if it failed again and then left. As soon as he left I went to close the door and it failed to close. I called his company phone number and they contacted him to return to my house. Once Bob returned he spent about an hour working on the opener, trying various things. He did get it fixed and it hasn't failed since. I told him that I expected to pay more than my original check of $75, since he had spent an additional hour. He said "No, the original check is correct". When he left he told me that if I still had a problem that I should call. He'd come out again to work on it with no additional charge. It's been working fine for 5 days now, so I haven't had a need to call him again. He was very professional and did a great job.

They are accommodating, punctual, efficient and great to work with. They came to check the problem with the door and were able to fix it relatively quickly. I would recommend them to others.
