Made several trips, first to try them and then two more loads of blinds. The work was fast and good, but some had extra charges and two of the eight still had some dirty edges. In their defense, the blinds were way overdue for cleaning. The woman we dealt with was very nice, but the guy could be a little friendlier.

They thought it might take a week and it took like that night or the next day and it was fabulous. We're very pleased with the work. It was reasonable. I was worried it was going to cost me much more.

I feel that they are very adequate and I have not been disappointed. They have since moved and I have not used them since.

The cord on a large cellular blind broke. I took the blind to ASAP blinds and they stated it may be a day or so to do the repair. After returning home later that evening we had a message from Brian at ASAP that the repair was done. We picked up the blind the next morning.
This is the second time we have used this business. On both occassions we have been very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the high quality of the work.

The gentlemen who I spoke with was very helpful and repaired our shades much quicker than expected. We had looked at purchasing new shades when I found ASAP Blinds online and decided to give them a try. We were pleasantly surprised at what a terrific job they did. We would definitely use them again!

Called ASAP blinds on Wednesday and explained my problem with a set of large pleated cellular shades. Brian gave me a price quote and I dropped them off on Thursday. Brian stated they could be picked up on Saturday. Brian called on Friday and said they were ready to be picked up. I picked them up, took them home and reinstalled them, and they work perfectly. ASAP Blinds did an exceptional job quickly. I highly recommend Brian Tankersley and the staff at ASAP Blinds!

I left the blind, was told they would call when it was ready. They did so. I was very pleased with the repair and the cleaning of the very dusty/grubby blind--remember its location in the garage. In addition they adhered to their estimated time for completing the job.

I dropped them off one day and 2 days later they were ready. They will also do any repairs needed while they have the blinds. Restringing or adjusting how the blind comes up or evening!

We had 3 blinds that weren't working properly. I called and was given their best guess as to the problem and a ballpark estimate for the cost of repair.They weren't sure they had the part in stock for one of them and made sure it would be okay to leave the blind until it came in if that was the case, which I thought this was very considerate. This proved to be irrelevant because they did have the part they needed. The estimate for the repairs to be completed was a couple of days (unless parts had to be ordered). Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. To my pleasant surprise, all three blinds were completed the same day at a cost $7.00 below the total estimate. I'm not sure how the experience could have been improved, and all my expectations were exceeded.

I was extremely satisfied with ASAP Blinds from the very first phone call I made to them. Shelby was so informative and accurate with her information. Her estimate turned out to be exactly correct to the penny! She was very knowledgeable about my blinds and that was reassuring since I had so many to do. My one criticism (which I do not blame her for because it was ultimately my decision) was the window washer she recommended. I had 2 estimates and chose the person she was most familiar with since he would be taking the blinds to her and returning them to me. His window cleaning was ok not great and no attention to detail whatsoever. In addition, he wasn't on time either day!
Back to ASAP Blinds, however; the blinds were delivered to them on the first morning and because of the amount of work, they were to be ready the next day (which they were!) They looked so brand new and clean after 9 years of dust and grime! The restringing of the 2 broken blinds was perfect...you could never tell they were repaired! The 3 that needed adjustment were absolutely on the money as far as the fit...I was amazed at how they were made to hang correctly just from my description over the phone! I couldn't be happier with the results of their work.
The best part was that Shelby found one of my blinds became separated due to a manufacturer's problem. She called to let me know and volunteered to contact the company for me and find out how to get a replacement since they originally came with a lifetime warranty. She did not need to do that and I really appreciate her looking out for my interests as well as taking action to help me get a new blind! This is a company you can feel very comfortable doing business with!! Many, many thumbs up!!!

Blinds and shade were installed in 1990. None had ever been cleaned beyond an occasional dusting or fast vacuuming, and I'm pretty sure the last dusting was in 1995 or even earlier. They gave me exact prices based only on width and length. I made 3 trips, choosing to do one blind/shade at a time. They charge the same amount for blinds, pleated shades, and duettes. Their prices are excellent. This is a drop-off/pick-up business; they do not come into your home. When the work was done, they called me.
