Superbly! I cannot tell that there was ever any damage. My car was done ahead of schedule and everything worked perfectly. When I picked it up it was completely clean and ready to go. Kyrie Rosscoe did a great job of keeping me up to date as they worked on the car for five days. We used the new Arthur's Auto Body at 790 Copper Center Point up north near the new Bass Pro Shop. Wayne, the manager there, even buffed out a blemish that was not part of the original damage all at no extra cost. Its never fun to have to have your new car repaired at a body shop, but this team made the experience about as pleasant as possible. Very professional. I would absolutely go back to them for any auto body work I might have in the future. Their facility was clean and my car was kept inside at all times. Since my car is brand new, less than 3000 miles on it, I really wanted it done right and they did the job on time, on budget, and professionally. You can't ask for more than that.

Carla kept me updated on her assessment of the damages on my vehicle. She coordinated with my Insurance company and their assessor to come up with an agreed upon damage assessment. The insurance adjustor assessment and Carla's assessment with virtually the same. After the decision was made that the car was a total loss, Carla kept me updated on actions from my car company and Insurance company. Although I didn't have any actual work done on the car, they kept me advised on actions. I would recommend them based on how they operated!

Everything was perfect. I had no problems. They responded to all questions and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Someone did a hit-and-run on my parked car. My right-rear panel was badly scratched and dented. Arthur's did a great paint job "out the gate." Getting the molding right, however, took several tries. Nevertheless, I give them an "A" because of the circumstances then and because of a follow-up visit I made this week.
~~ Last year I took my car to their building on N. Academy and La Montana Way. ~ On my first trip to pick up my car, the new molding (new paint) did not match that of the older molding on the right-front door (old paint), and the new molding was not aligned correctly to the car (there was air space between it and the car).
~~ After two more attempts, we agreed they should put all new molding on both doors vs. trying to tint the new paint to match the old paint. The alignment problem was also solved with the new molding. True, the all-new molding was a brighter white than the other side of the car, but you can't see both sides of the car at the same time. On the repaired side, there was no visual disconnect between the all-new molding and the body paint.
~~ During this time, that particular Arthur's also went through several managers. I dealt with 3 managers in all. I do not know why the others were let go, but all were polite and I believed truly wanted to get things right. The 3rd manager, who solved the problems, was Mike Hernandez.
~~ Almost a year later and a few weeks ago, my husband noticed my right-side door was not locking. The passenger side is almost never used, so we had never noticed a problem until that day. It occurred to me that maybe it was a glitch from my repair. So I took the car back to Arthurs, which had now moved to Voyager and Copper Ridge (near Fed Ex).
~~ Mike Hernandez met me again (it was good to see his familiar face!). He listened to my story and my question "Could my not-locking door be related to the repair?" It had been so long, who knew? But he happily and in short order fixed the problem (something about a hinge in the lock mechanism).
The new building on Copper Ridge is big, clean, and comfy. The staff are well-groomed, happy, and polite. And I'm happy to recommend Arthur's.

We filed a claim with our insurance, they were contacted immediately. They had our rental service ready which picked us up. They were ahead of schedule on the repair. We were able to leave our rental and drive away easily. Very friendly and had a high work ethic.

About a year ago, I took my 1996 Dodge Ram to Arthur's for paint. That
experience was pretty good, so when we had the big hail storm in June
2012, I thought I would try them again since they are in my neighborhood
and did a good job before. What a huge mistake. They kept my first
vehicle for close to 3 weeks. They kept my second vehicle for close to 2
weeks. My third vehicle only took about a week after I expressed my
frustrations. Initially, I was led to believe that the delays were
being caused by my insurance company, but in hindsight I realize that it
was both the insurance company and Arthur's that left me without my
vehicles for so long. In addition to the long waits, which I am
guessing came as a result of taking on too much business (or at least I
hope that's the reason and this isn't the norm), two of my vehicles came
back to me with damage.
The 1996 Dodge Ram was returned to me
with a broken interior light after the light had been removed to repair
the hail damage. Because this vehicle is rarely used, I did not find
the damage until about 30 days after the vehicle was returned. The other vehicle,
2010 Honda Pilot, was returned to me with scratches and dings.
I immediately reported the damage before I left
the facility. I looked at the"before" photos with an employee and
scheduled to bring the vehicle back for repair. Within a day or two, I
also noticed that the interior headliner was not correctly installed
when it fell in on me and my husband while driving with two passengers.
I was unable to make the original appointment for the corrections to
the Honda and rescheduled. Upon taking the vehicle on the rescheduled
date, the shop refused to correct the damage. The vehicle was damaged in
multiple places (driver side, passenger side, and bumper), but I only
wanted one area corrected (the strips on the front and back passenger
doors) because I didn't want my car to end up being 5 different colors
from trying to paint and touch it up (apparently silver/metallic paints
are hard to match). After keeping my vehicle all day, the shop offered
only to fill in the dings and accused me of lying about the damage. The
man I spoke to said that the dings could have been caused at any time
and they would not take responsibility despite the fact that they had
"before" pictures and despite the fact that I went over the pictures and
the vehicle with one of their employees during pickup, an employee who
assured me that the problems would be taken care of. At this point, I
declined to have them fill in the strips on the side. I advised that I
would be over to pick up my vehicle. I expressed my disgust with them
since I had taken 5 different jobs to them in the last 18 months and
spent (along with my insurance company) around $15,000, at their shop.
Upon picking my Honda up, I noticed that the headliner was smeared with
grease and that someone had rubbed the grease and frayed the material. I
called the shop to find out what they were going to do about the newest
situation. I was transferred back to the same person who
had failed to handle the situation properly the first time. I left a message, and
nobody ever called me back. To say the least, I am disappointed in
Arthur's. Every time I look at my now filthy, greasy headliner and
dings on my door, my frustration and disappointment are renewed. I
could have gotten equally unacceptable service elsewhere and saved
myself a couple of weeks of being without my vehicles.

I have, what I believe, to be a minor dent/scratch on a lift gate of a 2005 Honda Odyssey. Because I will be paying, out of pocket, I am looking for the best deal. I stopped by Arthur's and was told I needed an appointment to have the car evaluated; so I made an appointment the next day. (The other four shops I contacted didn't require an appointment, and since I was in the area, I didn't think Arthur's would either. So - make sure you make an appointment!) I was shocked with the estimate! I was told they would need the van NINE days (the other four shops said anywhere from 1-1/2 days to 3 days) and it would cost $906.96. (I had previously told them I was paying out-of-pocket and had gotten their info from Angie's list, so I was surprised when the quote was so much.) I had 2 quotes that were $478 and $499, prior to coming here, so I was surprised about the length of time and the price quoted.
All three (including Arthur's) told me how they would do the repair (all were very similar). I then went to a competitor on E. Garden of the Gods. They quoted me $205.27 and said they'd need the car for 2 days. I asked the competitor how they could be so much cheaper than the other three shops and was told that it wasn't necessary to remove all the pieces and the Honda emblem COULD be reused. This van is 7 y.o. and has over 100K miles on it. So, guess where I am going? Hopefully, I won't regret it. Look for my review on the competitor in the next week... (Who, by the way, services the police department, two school districts and two auto rental companies.)

After the hail storms I called Arthur's and got an appointment for the following Tuesday. Took the truck over for an inspection and estimate and everything went smooth. Contacted my insurance company and they and Arthur's got together about the repair. I called Arthur's once this was done and set up for an appointment the following week. The estimate was 5 working days. After a couple days I was called by Arthur's and notified by my insurance company the estimate was off and more work needed to be done. I finally got the truck back on 3 July about two weeks after I dropped it off. My insurance covered most of the hail damage and I paid $1300 for the door repainting and my $500 deductible for the hail repair. The truck looks great.

They did fantastic work. They were clean and quick. The newly painted part matched perfectly. You couldn't tell there had been any work done to the car, it looked brand new. I like their prices, responsiveness, and their work. I will use them again in the future.

I was involved in a fender bender last summer and am writing to report this company's exceptional customer service. We were referred by our insurance company. Upon arrival to their office, a folder was already made out in preparation of the work to be completed. The office is clean, organized, and the staff is professional. I received (on paper) very clear, concise information about the work to be done. On the day of pick up, I was walked to my car to inspect their work. A week later, I received a letter from the owner, Glenn Covert, thanking me for my business and reminding me of a 90-day warranty to deliver my "total satisfaction and protection." The work was immaculate. This week, a year later, I received another personalized follow-up letter to state their thanks. What could have been a huge headache for me turned out to be easy and a pleasure doing business with this company.

The company did the estimate quickly and efficiently. They scheduled us for the appointment and gave us an estimated completion date. They found additional damage and had to call in for new parts. That delayed us by a few days, but sometimes damage is hard to find all at once without a breakdown. They were courteous and friendly and the work looks great.
