I ended up paying less than the price quoted because my tank was smaller than I thought, so it was honest of them, good for me, and less than the last service I used which seemed to randomly price pumping. They also informed me of repair work needed, and referred me to someone who could deal with the issue. Excellent service!

Truck arrived as scheduled. The gentleman was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered the many questions I had since this is my first experience with maintaining a septic system. He provided good, honest advice and quickly finished the job. My only comment is that he had already emptied other septic systems and consequently did not have room in his tank truck to completely empty mine. He did get all of the solids and most of the liquids but did not have room for all of the liquids. In his defense, I had no idea what size my tank was when I called for service, so he was not certain what he was getting into. He offered me the option of accepting a lower price or he said he would go empty his truck and return. I happily took the reduced price option. Overall, I have this service on my calendar for the next time I need the septic system emptied. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

They were professional and answered all my questions. We scheduled for a few days later to have risers and lids installed while we were at work. We came home that night and everything was installed as described and looked great. We highly recommend Arrowhead Septic.

Arrow head was able to get to our house within 3 hours of our frantic phone call- we had a back up into the basement that they were able to break up and then pump out the septic system.
