Arrow Moving and Storage grew from small-town beginnings in Cheyenne, WY, in 1936. Our mission is still the same as it was over 80 years ago: to service residents and business people with high-quality, personalized moves. The only difference between 1936 and today is that now, we carry out this mission in cities around the world. We strive to meet the needs of every customer, and as a Mayflower agent, we have the resources to move and store anything.

was the worst moving experience I've ever had.
Living in Colorado Springs since 1985, I've moved locally seven
times. I've also had furniture shipped
to me with movers from Washington State and Arizona, and all went smoothly
except this move. First, I requested
that two oil paintings be crated. When
the crew arrived, they knew nothing about it.
After I called and the crates were delivered, the crew didn't know how
to crate the paintings. When I moved the
same paintings from Arizona, the craters came the day before the move and
custom built the crates for those paintings.
Ultimately, Arrow's crew covered them with cloth; fortunately, they came
through okay. Not so with my
furniture. This crew couldn't have cared
any less about my belongings. They badly
damaged an antique chair and blanket chest. They damaged my bed rails and
dresser, both Ethan Allen. They
scratched a headboard in two places and chipped a coffee table. The smashed the dresser into the wall of a
brand new house and dented it; at the same time, they smacked the dresser into
an air return, denting and cracking it.
While I was required to get all the evidence to Arrow in ten days time,
during a very stressful move, I didn't receive a check to repair the damage for
fifty-eight days. Check amount? $138.
Cost to repair the damaged furniture?
$1250. It took three companies and seven weeks to repair the wall and
the air return. Moving crew grade?
D- Customer Service grade? D. The Arrow website won't take my review. Strange, isn't it?
