I found major issues with the steering system, 2 days after my purchase, via my personal mechanic. These were existing conditions. Idler arm replacement at 556 dollars. Steering Gear box replacement at 591 dollars. Power steering hose replacement at 372 dollars. Before my purchase, I was assured by the salesman that they have their cars thoroughly checked out by a mechanic before a vehicle is sold. All they would say was that i should have gone through their mechanic for these repairs to get a better price. They still owe me the satellite radio antenna that mounts to the roof of the truck. This was stated in the sales paperwork as well. I currently have a piece of duct tape that they installed covering the hole to keep rain and snow out. I have contacted them numerous times concerning this issue. I usually get no response from them. When they do call, they just tell me they're working on it. 4 months later and i'm still waiting. Received an email from the owner pointing out my lack of appreciation for a hitch that they installed for me. They were originally going to charge that to me as well until i reminded them that the listing for the truck advertised a towing package. They botched the title paperwork the first time with inaccurate odometer readings. The second time they just wrote over the odometer readings on the title to make it match the other paperwork. The DMV was very concerned about this one. Luckily i was able to process this unproffesionally altered paperwork by signing a waiver stating that the odometer readings were not accurate. Lack of integrity and honesty is obvious. Received a package in the mail on March 13 of 2012. It contained a broken antenna from the dealer. I have called and left a message (since they rarely answer the phone) to see what they want to do. I do not expect an answer but still trying to resolve this final issue. Received a call back and was informed that i would receive a replacement. They sent me a cheap, plastic fake antenna that adheres with tape. Not even capable of keeping water out of the hole in my roof. According to the sales agreement I am supposed to receive an antenna. Contacted the BBB on March 28, 2012. And now it's April 13th and the dealer has finally agreed to purchase a new antenna from GM. I am leaving my initial grade of this dealer as is because this has been a very trying and unnecessary experience. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership.
