I cant say enough about these folks!!!  I had a problem at a vacation rental property and stood to lose quite a bit in rental money if the hot tub was not repaired.  I spoke to Todd who consented to make a special trip to work on the tub on Sunday.  After some discussion he convinced me that I could perform the repair myself and he was right!!!  Subsequent to the repair I need to call him to ask questions twice and both times he was very accommodating and helpful.
You don't find old school service and helpfulness very often anymore!!!

If you are buying a hot tub, these folks are very responsive. HOWEWVER, if you run into warranty issues as I have, you will likely not get very good service. My hot tub has cracks and blisters in the surface and after almost a year of complaints, I am getting the run around. The owner instructed me to call him when he discovered his techs were not sharing information with him but now he does not respond to messages. Take your money and go elsewhere because after the sale, you may be high and dry and that's no place to be after spending 13k on a product.

They are a great shop with great support staff. They have been very responsive and helpful any time I've called for advice. We love the spa and any problems that come up they are quick to take care of the matter.
