After searching for 3 weeks for a broker that would work with us without a real estate agent, we were fortunate to find Ed and Marilyn. From the beginning they were very accommodating of our work schedules, multitude of questions, patience when things went a little crazy, and above all, the overall friendliness and professionalism they always brought to the table. The entire process took less than 30 days, and through it all they worked diligently to ensure the sale occurred in a most timely manner. We would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is trying to go the route alone. You will never feel alone with Ed and Marilyn on your team.

Ed Cooke was a pleasure to work with. When we decided to change proprieties he was very easy going and not frustrated at all. He worked very promptly to get us to close on time. He succeeded! We closed on our new house in 15 days! I would definitely recommend Ed and Marilyn (the mortgage processor). Thanks guys!
