Andrew Botcherby - RE/MAX Properties Inc

Andrew Botcherby contacted me about a web inquiry I had made on a home he had the listing for. Although I didn't buy that property, I did ultimately enlist him as my buying agent. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. He was willing to look at as many properties as it took to find the one that was right for me. Every property he pointed out promoters and detractors. He even caught the sloping floor in one home and made sure I was aware of the costs if I chose to continue. He continually asked me what I liked about properties, and what I didn't like. I was able to find the absolute perfect property. He stayed in constant communication on the phone and over email. He was proactive at explaining the process so that I didn't feel confused at any point. If I were to ever sell my home I would never contact anyone else.

As a real estate investor for close to 15 years I have worked with many real estate agents. I have been working with Andrew for over a year now. He is by far the best agent I've worked with. He is all the things that all the best agents are: Professional, knowledgeable, punctual, hard working, creative, personable, but more importantly I feel like has has my best interest at heart (rather than just his).
I recently decided to pull a home off the market and rent it instead. I felt bad that Andrew had done all the work in keeping the property on the market for several months. He took the news gracefully and never made me feel guilty. He knew it was the best move for me, even if it wasn't the best outcome for him. That is the kind of perspective that come from ethics, rather than training.
