American Comfort provided logical guidance on the replacement furnace choices, assured that our carpet would not be damaged by the removal of the damaged furnace and installation of the new one.  New furnace has been serving us well.  The slightly lower score on "Quality" is because the city inspector requested some additional foil tape, which American Comfort took care of.

It was 80 degrees in my house and my husband was out of town. They came to house quickly, they were thorough, patient with all my questions, professional and friendly. I even posted their business card on my Facebook for all my local friends.

Noel came out on time and called to say he was on his way--very professional. Got the jobs done efficiently with no problems and took the time to explain to me how to care for furnace in future. Wonderful job--thank you!!!

Great pricing and service. I was originally looking to add Central AC to the house. However, it was discovered that I had a crack in the old venting of the existing furnace creating a risk for leaking Carbon Monoxide so needed to either fix or replace the furnace. Since the unit was 17 years old, I decided to replace. Dana (the owner) came to the house and went over all the options with me. He provided the best price and provided some incentives such as reduced labor and a humidifier if I did all the work at once. Because I needed an electrical upgrade for the AC, he arranged for the electrical work to be done as well. He also pulled all the required permits and arranged for the inspections. The guys doing the work were prompt and very courteous. I read several articles on what brand of AC and furnace is the best and it's really less about the brand (as long as you stick with name brands) and more about the installer. I am very comfortable with the work that was done and the expertise of the guys who did the install. Once the work was done, Dana came by the house and went over all the work and showed me how to program the new thermostat and change all the filters. He said they put me on the schedule for the end of May to check on things and turn the AC on for me. He also emphasized that I could call anytime, day or night, if I had issues. I am very impressed with American Comfort Systems and their work. I solicited competetive bids and interviewed several companies before making my selection and have no regrets on this one. By the way, Dana informed me of a rebate through my energy provider (Black Hills Energy) totaling $450. None of the other companies I interviewed mentioned it. This tells me that Dana stays informed on local offerings and is truly a partner to the homeowner and not just someone out to make a buck. If you are thinking of replacing any of your furnace or AC systems, call Dana and get a quote, you won't be disappointed.

I would use them to replace a gentleman that had passed away. I used him for many years. I will use them again.

They thought they had the humidifier taken care of but it still didn’t work so they had to come back and replace the part that turns the water on and off. If they had found the faulty part the first time, I probably would have given them an A.

They were a lot cheaper than bigger companies. A little more personable. The company is small and doesn't have a lot of overhead so they are cheaper. They work with your schedule.
