Amazing Grass Landscaping

Excellent. This is the second time that I have used them and both times they were awesome

Wes, the owner, promptly provided an excellent design and was flexible as we made changes during the project. He responded timely to our calls and questions. The cost was reasonable, especially after we watched all the work that went into Xeriscaping our entire front yard, and the finished product is stunning. Neighbors stop to compliment us on our new yard. The crew was diligent, courteous, prompt and even meticulous in placing rocks. We highly recommend Amazing Grass.

They did exactly what I asked them to do. They did a nice job.

Perfectly. Due to the inconsistent weather, the work had to be rescheduled multiple times. Wes kept in touch with us and rescheduled as needed. The end result was exactly as we discussed and expected. We have already scheduled additional landscaping work to be performed shortly.

They did a good job doing the leveling but my husband did not like that when he saw that they did level their work that he had to go get his own string to level the lawn because it was off. So if he wasn't watching the job they would not have done a good job. When I called him to make another appointment he said he would call me right back. Well, he called back a week later. My husband was not happy so we told him no thank you. He calls you back when it is convenient for him not you. Not good business.

They were pretty good. They priced out a lot of stuff. They raised my porch up 4ft. They left a whole bunch of dirt on the side of my house and ended up charging me for dirt. I wasn't horribly disappointed in their service, but I wouldn't recommend them.

It went Awesome!! Wesley drew up a plan of what he could do in my front yard including plants and flowers and rock and mulch. The price he quoted also included changing my sprinkler system into a drip system to help maintain the health of all of the new plants. Everything turned out beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments from family and neighbors!! I recommended him to my parents that needed some things done in their yard and they have also been extremely pleased with everything. I would highly recommend Wesley to anyone looking to refresh or replace and landscaping they might need.

Fantastic. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were professional and friendly. They even finished ahead of schedule. They clearly knew what they were doing. I feel I received very good value given the amount of work that was done. American Grass Landscaping is an American-owned small local business that does not rely on illegal alien labor. This was a strong consideration for us when we selected them for this job. Several neighbors have commented on how nice my front yard looks now. I wish every contractor I hire could perform to such a high level. I would hire Amazing Grass Landscaping again in a heartbeat and recommend them strongly to anyone who is looking for a quality landscaper.

Top notched professionalism and work ethic. Always prompt and well mannered and highly considerate of the needs of our project to fit the mountain landscape, the terrain, the weather conditions in all seasons. Wes is extremely knowledgable on what plantings and trees will be hardy enough for weather conditions in the Palmer Lake area. He went out of his way to get the proper and hardy plantings of bushes and trees for the design that he and I created. The best thing about Wes and his company Amazing Landscape is that he LISTENS to what I envisioned and wanted. We changed and added ideas to the design as the project went along. His patience was impeccable and beyond professional. We will be using Wes and his company again next fall and are already working with him on a new project! When I felt I had a backyard that was impossible to change, Wes and his design as well as his crew turned our yard into a place of serentiy, pathways and beautiful bushes and periennials. It is an incredible to love a backyard that was not always easy to love. Thanks you, Wes and Crew!

I waited a month to write this review because I wanted to see how the 2 drop boxes that Wes installed to catch the water along with the landscaping would hold up. I have to say that with all the rain we got in May and June this year I am 100% completely satisfied with the plan and work he performed. My landscaping is still in place and looks great and the drop boxes he installed to catch the water is working flawless. I would recommend Wes and his company Amazing Grass Landscaping to everyone.

He took the time and discussed options with us.  We mostly wanted advice.  The landscaping plan was attractive but we did not proceed with it at that time.  We got everything we asked for from Amazing Grass and are happy with it.  We may proceed with the actual work this season.

We have a very large yard that needed a lot of cleaning up to do and we wanted some upgrades too. They redesigned our grass area, fixed our sprinkler system that roots had ruined, brought in dirt for several  mounds in our yard, raked up leaves and got rid of weeds. They also built a cobble stone patio and wall for seating with pillars that have lights on them. They brought in huge boulders and mulch as well as put small rocks in some area and we have LED lights to emphasize areas in the yard too. The backyard looks great! All the workers were very friendly and they cleaned up everyday. Wes did a good job of taking charge of the  project and was great about keeping me updated on what was going on.

Our project with Amazing Grass Landscaping was flawless from the beginning to the end.  Our initial request for a quote was immediately responded to and appointment scheduled.  Wes called to remind us of the apt and to let us known he was on his way. Upon his arrival, introductions were performed, we walked the property together and discussed our wants and our vision of the outcome.  Wes did not hesitate to  ask questions to ensure he understood our wants and provide feedback and suggestions to increase our planned outcome.  Once we committed to proceeding forward with the work, he communicated his planned work schedule and even provided updates at the end of each business day.  Both Wes and his workers were always extremely professional, respectful and hard workers.  It's obvious that they hold their integrity to high standards.  We will not hesitate to work with this company in the future. In fact, we're already planning our next project with them.

I think it went well.  Owner was very responsive and kind, crew was friendly.  They used their tools like they knew what they were doing, including the small bulldozer.  Overall they did a very good job, and I was very pleased, but there is one detail I did not discover until a week or two after the installation.  When they installed the river rock they dumped the river rock dust with it.  This sounds like a miner detail but the dust rises to the surface, and there is quite a bit of it .  Weeds take root in it, and that's what we wanted to prevent.  After all the care they used to install the permeable weed barrier and the rock it's a shame they were careless with the dust from the rock.

I did like them, and I would very likely use them again.

Wes and his crew were very professional. They made sure I was happy and to see the transformation was remarkable. I actually put off having all this work done because I thought it would cost about $6000. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of work for the cost.

He did a great job.  He did a lot of extra things that I asked, and was very nice about everything.  Very polite, on time, and when I called he called me back right away.  Out of 12 people I called, only four called back.  He responded very quickly and was very helpful.

I went with them because they were recommended, and it sounded like a fair price. I did not research other companies, and I was comfortable with the price.
