We are family owned and ran business that has been serving Northern Colorado Springs since 1999. We have all the necessary tools, manpower and equipment to get any large project completed to something as small as a one time mowing for your property. We accept cash, check and all forms of credit cards. We sometimes are even willing to trade services for other treasures you may have to offer. We have tons of satisfied customers and have references available upon request.

On each occasion I have used this company, they show up when they say they will and do good work and stand behind it. We had some landscaping done last year right before the huge rains that came in for several weeks, and the pavers did not have time to settle in and shifted etc. and did not look up to par. John the owner came out and personally took care of things and I believe this will be the case if we need in the future...quality people!

This company is excellent. The crews that they send on the jobs are excellent and professional and John, the owner, always stops by to guarantee to the work. They are very easy to work with, understand budget constraints and are very professional and honest.

We would be remiss if we did not express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding work that has been consistently done on our property by Alternative Landscape & Maintenance, INC. While customers are very quick to express their dissatisfaction, they are not as forthcoming in expressing their satisfaction. We applaud the competitiveness of Alternative Landscape & Maintenance, INC. We were particularly impressed with their attention to all of the little details.  The crew was working diligently in order to complete the project ahead of schedule. Rather than have them leave the site for their lunch break, my wife served them a delicious home-cooked meal with all of the trimmings - in appreciation of their work ethics and professional attitude about the job. 

The quality of the entire project, along with their professional work ethic and demeanor far exceeded our expectations.
