This company uses nefarious leasing terms to take as much of the renters deposit as possible. They not only took my $1450.00 deposit but stated I owed them almost $300.00. Alleging I did almost $2000.00 worth of damages. I have posted a photo of how I left the unit. Charging the tenant $50 to rekey for the next renter! Charging the tenant $80 in maintenance for things such as replacing the refrigerator water filter and to replace lights that burned out after tenant occupancy.

As far as property management companies we have experienced, this was average to below average. We initially had to fight for the rental property we wanted---someone showed up with priority that no one was notified of---and the customer service was average at best thereafter. We could not do automated payments without a fee and to find someone in their office was always a challenge. In addition, the member in charge of management was not strong in customer service---she was very short on the phone and even rude sometimes when calling for requests. Lastly, when entering and leaving an agreement with them, they had us watch an hour long DVD beforehand on how they do things---really to just cover themselves for future charges upon your move out. I probably don't fully appreciate what some tenants will do to rental property but we were complimented on the condition of our rental when moving out and were still charged almost $200. They were way over the top with their management and the way they protect themselves......I would definitely recommend other management companies before here. They have a lot credentials on their website but in reality it didn't translate to a good experience.
