All Inclusive Plumbing & Pikes Peak Mechanical

It was a pleasure to have Anthony do the work. Before the job I questioned him about how the job need to be done. It did not take long to determine what was needed for the job and Anthony came on time and fully prepare with the hardware necessary to do the job of replacing a burst pipe that led outside from the back of the house. He did the job efficiently and carefully. If I need more plumbing help in the future I would want to have him again.

I had an excellent overall experience with them.  The owner is Erin Mortin and we always use the same guy named Jason.  The first time he came was for the sprinklers that was broken and he fixed that.  He covered everything and would not even talk to us until he found out what was wrong.  He checked all the sprinklers to make sure it was working well.  He worked for about twenty minutes.  If he needed to come in the house, he puts boots on his shoes or remove it because our house is carpeted.  He is really very respectful and quick.  I never had issues with them.  I will absolutely recommend them.   

When I call them for an appointment, they come the same day.   They are always early, five minutes early.  

They don't call back now, since I've complained. I think they have become too busy to keep up, even with long time loyal customers, and are now more into flipping houses, than providing their original great service. I won't call them again.

Pikes Peak mechanical was hired by my property manager to perform the work. While the quality of work was fine, Pikes Peak mechanical charges a single fee per job. For example, to change out a single circuit breaker in my rental property he charged $145. Ridiculously expensive in my opinion. To change out the water heater he charged $2480. Wow, just wow. I was so shocked, I asked for a breakdown of the pricing. Through several phone calls and emails it took a long time to get what I was asking for. I found out the mechanic was charging an extra 15 percent on top of what he was charged for the water heater and then the breakdown of services became very expensive after that. I would not recommend Pikes Peak mechanical.

They are dependable, prompt and do excellent work!

He is excellent. Whenever we call him, he gets there right away. His prices are reasonable. He follows up and make sure everything is done correctly.

I learned about Aaron via word-of-mouth from a neighbor. My neighbor could not say enough good things about him.
Aaron and Jason (brothers) were both great to work with. They both work fast and hard, and they were easy to talk to about various aspects of the job. Things moved quickly and smoothly, from the initial call, to the job assessment, the proposal, and getting the work scheduled.
They showed up right as expected and wasted no time getting things done. It was as good an experience as I could hope for, as far as getting the work done.
So, why only a and quot;Band quot; in professionalism? They did not know--and in fact disagreed with me when I pointed out--that a new residential backflow preventer for a sprinkler system requires pulling a permit and getting an inspection. I ended up getting in touch with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Dept., and they ended up getting in touch with Aaron to explain that yes, this did require a permit.
As for price, their proposal was a bit higher than Olson's plumbing, but it also listed more details--like replacing our aging main shut-off valve and adding a second pressure reducer so the sprinklers could be at one pressure and the house at another.
Finally, when the sprinkler company came to install the sprinkler system, they examined the plumbing work both inside and out and said they'd never seen it done better, so Aaron and Jason really get an A+ for quality!

Mr. Aaron Morton was the person that I worked with. They responded very quickly and they were very professional. It was two brothers that worked together. They went above and beyond. They were very prompt and were very respectful of my home.
