All Colorado Seamless (ACS) is a nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. The owner Dennis Antonio is hot head, rude, disingenuous, and has no clue on how to run a successful business.
The initial estimate for completion was 2 weeks weather permitting. The problems started the minute they collected the first 1/3 of the contracted amount. After cashing the check getting ACS to start performing work took several calls and well beyond the agreed start date.
The first thing they did was to remove all of the gutters on the property, instead of removing them as they replaced the fascia and installed the new gutters. Basically I was without gutters for over 2 months because of poor planning. It took a month and several conversations to get them to dispose of the old gutters. They were poor at cleaning up the mess they made as nails and metal lay strewn around the buildings.
The gutters they did install were a mess. The corners were cut poorly and seams not caulked or caulked poorly. On a few of the longer runs they installed seams instead of making the run seamless, the hangers were way beyond the manufacturer specifications of 2 feet apart. In some cases the hangers, which were substandard materials, were 10-12 feet apart. They used parts that didn't match the color of the gutters and failed to paint to match the color. I had to spend over $1000 to fix the mess they left.
After numerous problems including ACS not coming to the site to perform the necessary work, constant badgering from Dennis for more money, workers who didn't want to work because he was not paying them, substandard work with several employees who had never installed gutters before, I had to fire All Colorado Seamless. I made every effort to get ACS to complete the work especially since I had paid ACS for the completion of 2 buildings, that he told me were complete, but were not complete. For over 2 months I lived this nightmare with one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with in my long history of construction.
Stay away from ACS and Dennis Antonio unless you want to be his next victim.
