The initial install went well, however there are several issues in need of warranty repair and Scott has not addressed any of them, despite promising to resolve the issues on several occasions over the past few months. The back gate is not properly hinged, which results in the weight of 1 gate constantly rubbing against the other and notable effort to open or close it. There are several poor quality fence boards in need of replacement, one of which bows out about 30 degrees and the front gate was made too small leaving a significant gap between the fence and the post. He has made several excuses for not completing the work, routinely promises to "get it taken care of by the end of the week" and then does not show up. The last contact from him was late last week assuring me that he would (once again) be here by the end of the week. I requested that he at least let me know if he is not going to show and there was no response. I contacted him again and he stated that it would be completed by the weekend and if not we would be the "number one priority" on Monday. Big surprise Monday has come and gone without a word from him.I have delayed putting in a negative review because I wanted to give this company every chance to remedy the issues of concern. Unfortunately, it appears as though All American Fence CO is not willing to honor their "warrantied" work.
