All A Board Wood Floors

We bought this house to flip and rented to equipment to refinish the floors ourselves.  After paying about $500 and getting nowhere, I called All Aboard Wood Floors because they were the first ones listed in the yellow pages!  He came out right away, gave us an estimate of about $1400 and by that time we were so relieved to have him do them for us!  He advised us that he thought they could be saved, gave us lots of advice, but told us to call him back when we were done with painting and everything else first.  Told us that the floors should be the LAST thing done, not the first!  The floors turned out beautiful and are still beautiful 3 1/2 years later!  Would definitely use this company again.

He suggested using red oak in dining room and laying it on a 45 degree diagonal to off set and compliment the existing maple in our adjoining front entry hallway. I've had numerous compliments on the red oak and nice it looks w/the maple. The new maple in family room had to match the existing maple in kitchen and hallway. He matched the maple and blended it just right to connect w/the kitchen and the hallway. He refinished our existing hardwood and it looks beautiful! His recommended finish gives it the UV protection, overall good wearability and really brings out the beauty of the wood. Our 12-yr old hardwood looks like new. Jason works by himself unless it is a huge job. He is prompt and professional. He was flexible to work w/me as we had to move furniture around to free up the floors for installation and refinishing. He is meticulous and stands by his work. He can do custom details and worked with my ideas and concerns. I had 6 estimates and his price was the best, and his work was top notch. I would highly recommend and would use him again for future wood work.

He's nice, knows what he's doing, gives me options, and is prompt and reasonable. I wish that he would not have used wood with little holes in it. They are incredibly nice people.
