 + 4 moreBeware of Alexander Specialty Services. We had them over our home on 10/10/15 to clean the chimney for $60 and then they said they would clean our vents for an additional $110. They scheduled an appointment to come back to clean the vents and never showed up. We checked the bank and they had already cashed the check in the amount of $170 ($60 for chimney sweep & $110 for vent cleaning). When we finally heard from them, they said that they had it scheduled for another day. We asked for a refund for the $110 on 10/10/15 and we are still waiting for the refund. We learned a tough lesson and want to warn you to beware of these guys. The owner of the business is Adam Alexander.
