Affinity Homes

This was the third project I have used Affinity to accomplish over the past several years. As previously, I am very pleased with the quality of the work which was accomplished ahead of schedule. In addition, Jeff reduced the final cost of the contract when he found that some work originally estimated was not necessary. Jeff is very easy to deal with, and bends over backwards to satisfy his customers. To summarize, this project was accomplished well, ahead of time and under budget. Can't do much better than that.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Jeff was right on top of everything he had his subcontractors do and made sure it met his (and my) expectations/requirements. Cost went about 5% over the original bid only because we chose some upgrades that exceeded the original design. Likewise the project took longer than originally anticipated, but we weren't in a hurry and it was no problem for us. In summary, I was completely satisfied and will use Affinity next year for some additional work we would like to have done around our house.

Work still in progress, but framing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing completed and inspected for code compliance. No problems. So far, on schedule and on budget. Dry wall next.
