+ 0 moreMatt and his crew were at the house at the stated time (even a few minutes before). To this point we are very pleased with the service that we had done. The dryer vent cleaning was an eye opening experience for me. I had no idea that there could be that much lint build-up. Matt said that he felt the lint get sucked through the line the moment they turned on the high powered vacuum. We took the machine outside and he opened it up to show us the contents. The vacuum was full of lint, Yuck! Dryer has been working fine ever since.
Description of Work: Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning - Dryer was not drying properly and after a series of tests it was determined that the problem was in the vent line. We needed to have it cleaned.

Technician arrived onetime and did all work as quoted in a timely fashion. Remediation work was done neatly and easily allowed for installation of new insulation and wall paneling.
Description of Work: I had a minor flood in my basement and Advantaclean was able to come out to my house within a day of calling to provide an estimate and then was able to have a technician remove wall paneling and impacted insulation within a couple of days.

Let's face it; when you call a company like this you need them YESTERDAY! When water entered our basement via window wells after a horrific hail and rain storm, (we had 4+ inches of rain in an hour) my husband and I thought we could do it ourselves with a wet vac and carpet cleaner. Well by the next day, we just felt like we made no progress. Called AdvantaClean about 24 hours after the incident and they were there within an hour. Scott (owner) and Ed were professional, thorough, nice, and responsive. A great find from just randomly searching on Google. As much as I liked them though, I hope to never find myself needing to call them any time soon for a flood! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I don't have any experience with cost of this service so I am assuming the price I was charged was competitive.
Description of Work: Ripped out wet carpet pad, removed baseboards, removed carpet tacking, removed wet drywall and insulation. Dried all remaining items (Carpet, floor, etc.)
