The gentleman that I talked to over the phone helped to to reset my thermostat. He helped me figure out what the issues were over the phone and he didn't charge me for it. They stand behind their work. Their price is very good.

I contacted the company and they sent and individual out to assess the requirements to replace a defective gas heater. Rob sent the estimate via e-mail. He answered all questions, provided updated details when I requested a different unit. He also told me exactly the time he would install the unit and what he would do. He handled everything from the installation, to handling the permit, the inspection, and obtaining the electrician to put in 220 power and a fuse in the fuse box.

They did a great job. He checked for gas leaks and carbon monoxide, and changed the filters as well. Their prices were reasonable, and I was happy with their work.
