I had what I suspected to be mold in my basement, Derek came out and confirmed it was mold. He did a great job with getting rid of it. He's fast, knowledgeable, and was considerate and flexible with my time schedule. I would definitely have him do work for me again!

Splendid! Derek Stout and his crew were responsive, fast, diligent, systematic and thorough. They conducted scientific testing, traced the source of water damage, removed and corrected the affected carpets, flooring, fixtures, and wall panels, then decontaminated remaining areas prior to the remodeling contractors coming in. It was an unhappy surprise demolition, but Action 911 performed with smooth and efficient clockwork.
