We are a family owned seamless rain gutter business with over 30 years experience. Free Estimates. We fabricate & install new 5" gutter, we do tear offs and haul away all the old, we do not use prefab miters. We offer 30 colors, we can also match the gutter color to your fasia and match the downspouts to your house color in most cases .We also do repairs and clean-outs. We sub-contract. We accept credit cards, cash & e-checks. We believe it is very important to leave the customer/home owner happy. We offer cash discounts and senior discount. Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Castle Rock, Teller County, Denver and surrounding areas.

Mark Harvey installed the gutters and downspouts to our agreement. Mark had recommended removing one down spout and replacing it in another location .. I agreed since he is the professional and recommended it. Where he located the new downspout receives very little runoff and services 16 ft of gutter and 232 sq ft of roof. The downspout he removed shares a downspout with 52 feet of gutter that drains 1500 sq ft of roof
When there was a heavy rainfall in May the gutter by where he had removed the downspout overflowed and washed out a garden. Mark connected 2 gutters together without adding an additional downspout.
The next time it overflowed Mark came out and found leaves had stopped the downspout form working because i had installed a screen. He pointed it out, and I removed the screen and have checked gutters for leaves weekly. I take full responsibility for this wash out
The next time it over flowed Mark suggested that a bigger downspout may be needed. But did not suggest doing the work
The next time Mark suggested that the gutter he had removed should be replaced ....He never suggested a time or a schedule to make corrections.
After 2 more wash outs, and Mark and Accurate Rain Gutters Office not returning our several calls, we left a message that we were not satisfied with his workmanship and quality of design in removing the rain because lack of downspout capacity and would be contacting Angies List and Better Business Bureau if he had not worked to resolve the problem.
Today he showed up, and looked for every reason the removed downspout was not the reason for wash outs. He did not listen to me as i tried to explain how much water came down the gutter. He did not listen to me when i tried to explain the steep pitch of the gutter he installed. He did not want to resolve our problem,
In fact, Mark was recording our conversation secretly. which i find highly unethical and non professional. At the end of our conversation he said he could replace the downspout he had removed for an for an additional cost.

"Since owning my business since 1999 I have had no complaints from the thousands of installations I have completed. My character is always to please the customer and I have tons of pleasing and satisfied customers. I went and gave Mr. [member name removed] a hand written estimate on 5/9/15 which the job was started on 5/14 which I tore off old gutter and did not charge for the tear off so they could paint I returned on 5/26/15 to do the installation. I completed all the work that was stated on the bid. I was called by Mr. [member name removed] due to him still having issues I went back out and installed a miter at no cost to hopefully solve what Mr. [member name removed] wanted. Than got called again due to overflow issues I told him it would be about 2 weeks before I could get back out there. At this time I received several hostile voicemails from each family member so when I went out this last time I feared conflict so took it upon myself to record our visit and Mr. [member name removed] was very rude and hostile and spoke such language and was not willing to pay for another downspout and told me to get the .......... off his property. I have been in this trade for over 30 years and have never had a client speak or treat me like this homeowner. I tried to find a solution to this problem but Mr. [member name removed] wants everything for free. The 2 existing downspouts is question are restricted, 1 by a rain barrel and the other buy an underground drain installed by others. At this point I am willing to go and install another downspout free of charge as long as Mr. [member name removed] is not there to insult me or threaten me. I strive on the quality of my work more than the quantity. My name means a lot to me."

We had 3 estimates for replacing some of our gutters. Accurate Rain Gutters was the most reasonable. We also liked the fact that they were a BBB A+ rated company. Mark spent the day and did a great job. He even helped my husband install one of the old gutters over his workshop. That really impressed my husband! Great job, great price, fast turnaround, and a nice guy. What else can you ask for? We'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone.
