Very responsive.. Quality work - will save you money and install the correct system for your home.. I had originally planned on coring through my walls to run vents, but with his expertise, he saved me money and hassle.

Frank called immediately to take the job. He showed up to the job on time and did a thorough job. Very nice and courteous and did not over charge.

Although the requested job was performed reasonably well, the service was extremely poor. Firstly the job scheduled initially for a Monday on the day of the estimate was reschedule to Tuesday and on Monday night at 10PM, I got a call to further reschedule to Wednesday. At the time of the estimate, I was asked for a deposit so that supplies could be obtained in advance of the work starting, were never purchased in advance.... When the guys were on the job on Wednesday, after arriving 3 hours late, Ken left for about 2 1/2 hours to go get the supplies while the other guys was left doing nothing for that same amount of time. The next day, they showed up 4 hours late and only 1 person was left on the job and without all the necessary tools. This meant that a 1 1/2-day job took 2 1/2 days in total which should never have happened. Had this been the only issue, I may not have written all this up, but they also didn't make the necessary precautions to protect my floor in doing the work and have now damaged my wood floor beyond repair! I tried to get Ken to come by and see the damage so that we could reach an agreement but he has failed to show up and follow-up on this matter. I now have to strip out the floor and spend $2,000 to fix an issue that was caused by McElroy without any compensation and acknowledgement!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

Ken is very friendly and upfront about the cost and work required for my central AC. Their work is great. I am very satisfy with their work.

The service men that can to fix my furnace were the best I've come across in the 5 years of owning a properties and having work done on them. They made sure that the appliance was functioning the way it is meant to and they came really reasonable in price. I'ld recommend them to anyone who wants the best job done.

A difficult job due to old construction, and Ken did a good job of integrating the heating and cooling systems and installing the new thermostat . He was friendly and gave us a discount since he felt the job took a little longer than it should have.

They are polite and nice. Only issue is their priciing is a little on the higher end. Not by a huge margin though.

I would definitely recommend McElroy's Mechanical Service. They fixed a small leak and serviced my furnace quickly. As it was in good condition they didn't charge me the full amount and suggested I should have it serviced again in a couple of years. Very refreshing.

I can,t say enough GOOD things about this contractor. He responded instantly. Made great suggestions on how to complete the job. Was willing to take on this very small but difficult job that most contractors would have walked away from. He kept my project running on time and charged a very reasonable fee. THANK AGAIN MCELROYS!!!!!
