Accu-Pro has been working on my neighbor's home across the street. I was at home one morning while they were working and noticed a fox in the middle of the street. I went out into the street to try to get the fox to move so it wouldn't get hit during morning traffic and the men with Accu-Pro began to heckle me. At first it was just basic insults, saying "Kitty, kitty kitty" and I responded letting them know it was a fox and not a cat. One man in particular began to yell insults directly at me, using every bad curse word toward a woman you can imagine, and grabbed himself making lude comments and physical gestures. I was so appalled and asked for his employer's contact information. He refused, with explicit language. I felt very threatened by these men in my neighborhood and decided to call the local police. The officer showed up quickly, with the owner of Accu-Pro arriving just about a minute later. In the meantime, the man who verbally insulted me disappeared from the premises. I spoke with the officer and owner, Matthew, regarding the incident. Matthew gave me his business card and said it wouldn't happen again, and that the man's job would depend on it. I do not recall Matthew apologizing for the actions of his employees. Matthew said he would remain on site the remainder of the day and said if I needed anything I should call him. The owner of the business was polite to me in front of the officer. Since it was only verbal abuse, the officer couldn't charge the man for his actions. The officer left and the workers went back to work. I asked Matthew to conduct a criminal background check on his employees - he said he would and get back with me. I haven't heard anything from the owner. They continue to have loud music playing and rev their engines as they work across the street, alerting me every day when they are here. Women beware! I would advise others to stay away from this crude and verbally violent crew. Do not hire them!
