The team at Accounting Solutions has become like part of the organization and family. The personal responsiveness, understanding of a busy schedule, and general care for who we are and what we do is apparent during each and every conversation. Yani has done my taxes for many years. She is always helpful, knowledgeable and available to meet with me or answer questions on the phone. She was able to show me the direct benefit of setting up an S corp. She helps gauge my contributions to my IRA's to maximize my write offs and give me advise on other ways to maximize my deducts all while staying within the parameters of the law. Now she does all my accounting for my property management company. She works within our software to handle all billing, owner payments, vendor payments and bank reconciliations for us. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know!

Accounting Solutions is a great company to work with. Yani, the owner of Accounting Solutions, does her best to return calls the same day and always responds promptly to emails. She was flexible in arranging a time to meet with me and my husband to get all of our documents. We were prepared to wait for some time to get our taxes back, but we were greatly surprised at her completion speed. Everything was completed and explained thoroughly to us. My initial and ongoing experience with Yani Rehorn and her assistants has been FABULOUS! Our church had recently changed Software packages, and our part-time employee responsible for using the software was struggling with it. It was to our benefit to outsource this aspect of church business. We were impressed with Yani and Nicole's qualifications, professionalism, and experience in helping other orgaanizations with these aspects of their businesses. (I checked their references thoroughly and discovered only good news). They were both flexible and willing to use our new software to do the job for us. Their learning curve was steep and yet they handled the transition with ease.

Some board and staff members at the church were initially leary about outsourcing the service, and the price seemed high to them. . Looking back after the first year, we actually SPENT LESS ! We didn't have to pay for any benefits, vacation or sick days, and we had FULL TIME availability to Yani and Nicole's help.

As a board member, i had a business background, but not an accounting background. Yani helped coach me and was so patient and supportive of me and the church's need to get things turned around. Soon, our monthly reports were clear, concise, and no longer needed an explanation of events to understand! What a Blessing!!!
As we continued to transition all of our accounting functions to Accounting Solutions, our working relationship became a joy rather than work!. Yani could answer or get an answer on any of the different situations we came up with in a very timely manner. She is great at clarifying the situation, and establishing steps for new processes, and resolved many problems we'd had for years before. Nicole and I were in daily contact with each other initially, and as Yani and Nicole learned the and quot;church partand quot; of our business, that level of contact was no longer necessary. Checks always arrived on schedule - no more late fees, payroll deposits happened on schedule - no more special early checks due to vacations, etc. My life and responsibilities for the financial aspect of the church became pleasant and so much less time consuming!

I have used Accounting Solutions, P.C. both personally and for my
business for a few years now. They do my personal and business taxes
and my monthly payroll and bookkeeping. There has never been an error,
and in fact, Yani has helped catch a few of my errors! Yani and her
staff have always been professional, responsive and helpful.
Reading through the reviews for Accounting Solutions, I was appalled to see one
reviewer had given Accounting Solutions an and quot;Fand quot; score. I was less
appalled when I checked the reviewer and saw she fairly frequently gives
F's. As an attorney, I can affirm that sometimes transcription errors
happen, especially when clients don't follow protocol (it's there for a
reason), and when dealing with the IRS, it is usually MUCH easier for
the client to call IRS (or the state) than to give all the necessary
permissions for the CPA or Attorney to call. Seems to me that Yani
handled this the best way possible and certainly the way I would have.
I am very happy with Accounting Solutions, P.C. and plan to use them for years to come.
