Our 10-year-old light-colored carpet looks brand new!!!!!

While ChemDry may be a little pricier than others (especially those offering coupons) I have been very pleased with all aspects of their work. Kevin has always responded promptly to my calls and emails, which allowed me to schedule the carpet cleaning for later the same day I called (I had unplanned time available and they had an opening in the schedule which worked out perfectly). 
They took extra effort to remove excessive dog hair from the oriental carpets and cleaned them twice to ensure a good job. The carpet in my home required extra treatment to remove a couple of oil stains, but based on the age and general condition of the carpet Scott didn't automatically recommend or encourage the most expensive option for cleaning. The stains did come up (others had tried and failed), and I can probably get another couple of years' use before I need to consider replacing the carpet.
All in all I'm very satisfied with the customer service and work done by ChemDry.

They are very thorough, the techs are neat and clean, and they actually get my carpet clean.  I have some carpet that I’m ready to replace, but when they are done it looks pretty good for old carpet.

Excellent cleaning! have tried all forms of cleaning (chem-dry, steam, oxygen) and the carpets looked and felt the cleanest after this Chem-Dry cleaning. The high traffic areas looked new again. More expensive than others, but worth the price.
