Took in vehicle after I was hit in accident. Insurance paid. Got it back the first time and paint messed up broken parts all over as in windshield cracked, dash damaged, center console damage, airbag dust on roof, back cupholders broken, paint scratches and paint not buffed smooth, no clear coat, missing insulation on doors, glove box crooked, tires making squeal noise on d s, lots of scratches onside dash that were not there before we were hit.  Had ins. look at it and he took pictures of what was still wrong. Took it back to shop and got it back still messed up. The paint was still scratched and parts still off. The GM of Abra said that was the best they could do. HUH! Called ins and they said to take it to another body shop because the best they can do is not fixing it and not acceptable. Was also told by Abra to rate them 10s or they fail and to not go through insurance if there is something wrong or they will fail. That is not fair to the next unsuspecting customer who comes along. Also was told they didnt bust the promise date because they never gave me one so for bout 2 months I had no idea when I would get my truck back. Apparently they are supposed to give you a promise date. They are also suppose to go over the vehicle damage before they start and they never did or even gave me the option.  So the insurance person and I will be met at another body shop to properly fix the vehicle and do it right, and not give it back damaged with the reply thats the best we can do. The new body shop came out and took a look and found other problems that they missed. I have an appointment with the new body shop to get it fixed. They are called Gerber and hope they do it right. 

Repair after auto collision. Front end, side and inside damage. Airbag deployed. ?Paint. ?Frame. Glass. Repair or replace or inspect.

After a major hail storm, I had some damage to my car that needed to be taken care of. While this was insurance work, they still did a wonderful job. I quickly got an appointment to take my car there (after an insurance estimate was done). They looked over the car to determine if there was any more damage that needed to be taken care of- and they informed me it COULD take a few extra days if they determined extra work was necessary because the insurance adjuster would need to come take a look and verify. I got a phone call and text every day letting me know the status of my car. Once they started the work, it was done very quickly. The car looked great when the work was complete. 
The one thing I have to say about this company is that they saved me from a horrific situation. When I picked my car up, one of their specialists came out and asked me some important questions about my vehicle's exterior. I have to say, without them pointing some of this stuff out, I would never have found out that my car was previously in an accident, which hadn't been reported at the time of purchase. Thank you, Abra! You saved me!

Brought my car in for a simple repair to a punctured rear bumper. Received my car with terrible paint discoloration and spotting all over. Had to bring my car back twice to fix the issue and be without a car a second time only to end up returning a third time because the spare tire and tools in my trunk had mysteriously disappeared while in their possession. Returned a fourth time to pick up a new set of tools and spare tire they ordered to replace the lost ones. This was only after I called to follow up on the situation. Staff was nice but definitely not worth the hassle I went through.

They told me that they use a machine to evaluate if my frame was damaged and they don't eyeball it. I chose them over another auto body shop because I was concerned my frame was damaged and the other shop wanted to eyeball it and then possibly check. I had my spouse provide Abra a list of concerns we had with the truck's damage. To include it requiring the truck be put on the frame machine (even at our cost) as well as an alignment before we'd accept it. After the fact...Abbra eyeballed it and didn't put it on the frame machine...I told them I would pay for it myself instead of the insurance company. The tech told me that they had completed an alignment and everything was good, so no frame damage. Well when my spouse picked up the truck, no alignment was actually completed on our truck. They offered to conduct an alignment after the fact. I heard great things about Abra, that is why I chose them. Well they didn't deliver on the items I was concerned with. That said the truck looks beautiful; they were even helpful to buff out some other scratches. Which I am grateful for. Now I am simply waiting for tire guy to tell me I need new tires this summer because my new tires were ruined because the frame was damaged or out of alignment...in fact the Nissan dealer said the right rear was out of toe to a significant degree and needed an alignment. I wish it would have ended differently. Like I said they didn't deliver.

I quickly got an appointment and the ABRA representative did a good job of telling me what needed to be repaired and replaced.  The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner.  When I received my vehicle back in the repaired state, it looked good as new.  
 My only concern is the quality of the workmanship on a bumper guard/mat replaced on the back.  It has been slowly coming loose and I can see what looks like double sided tape that was used to attempt to hold the bumper guard down.  I'm not pleased with it coming loose and will have to take it back for it to be looked at and better affixed.

I had no problems.  Vehicle was done early.  Very professional.  Great customer relations.

I was very happy with the quality of the install work at Abra. The reps were also great to work with. Nearly two years later, I havent had any problems with the replacement glass. There were some cheaper prices out there, but not by too much, and it was worth it. Definitely recommended.

We have used them twice and they have been very responsive to us. The service was covered under insurance and so we just had to pay the deductible. Their price seemed reasonable. They set a date and stuck to it. What we did not like too much was that they gave us an idea that they were done a week early but then dragged it out four more days before they actually got it done. We were hopeful that maybe it would be done seven days early but it was done only about three days early. We would use them again, as a matter of fact, late today I am going there again.

It went great! Time estimate was reasonable and adhered to, work is top quality and the paint color matches perfectly. Will definitely use them for future auto body repair needs.

From the minute we walked in they treated us like their most important customers. I was impressed with the whole place, clean, modern, and professional! Best customer service since Disney!

ABRA was excellent from the beginning.  They were very helpful over the phone, called us immediately when the towed car arrived, then called us almost daily for updates on estimates, part arrivials, and pickup dates.  We were really surprised at how quickly they had the parts in, the car fixed, and the paint blended across panels. It looks great and they even totally detailed the car before we picked it up.e worked seamlessly with our car insurance.  Although we were only responsible for our deductible, we were pleasantly surprised at the total; we had expected it to cost more.   Overall, a great experience and they will be our go-to place if we need autobody work again.

I believe my insurance company gave me a choice of a couple of places and I choose the one that was the closest.  They were wonderful.  Before they returned it they cleaned the inside of the car too.  They returned the car within the time frame.

When I brought the car in for an  estimate, they could not immediately to the estimate. I recommend that you call ahead to schedule an estimate appointment (sometimes it can take a day or two)... Like another company I had a quote from, ABRA uses computerized estimating software that made the estimate detail easy to understand and thorough in explaining the costs. Their estimate was within $50 of the previous quote from another reputable repair shop in town.

I chose ABRA because they could start work within one day of the estimate (this was not their normal wait time... normally a customer will be having to wait up to 3 weeks to start the work) I found out, if you are willing to leave the car on a Friday or Saturday you might be able to avoid the longer scheduling wait times.

The overall experience at ABRA was very good (they do not cut any corners on the process or detail of the work needed to return the car to original specifications)
