 + -1 moreMichael the representative came up to the door when I was moving in. I was somewhat hesitant and first but he identified himself and had credentials. I agreed to meet, which we scheduled for another time, to discuss the security system and what I would like to add. Although he was running behind the day of the appointment he did call and inform me about that. On arrival he was very professional and courteous. He even kicked off his shoes without having to be asked. He demonstrated good knowledge about the systems and capabilities and products. He arrange for install and the install was right on time, very professional and courteous. Overall very good experience with the company
Description of Work: Helped with upgrading current alarm system and review of current capabilities. Professional, timely, reliable
