great job, cleaned up after themselves, on time and exactly as promised

Our gutters were installed by the previous owner of our home.  It was placed poorly and without much forethought.  Above the Roof came in and replaced all of our gutters at a much less expense to us compared to the bids from other roofers.

We had experienced hail damage to our roof in June of 2012, and called Above the Rest Roofing to get and estimate...we later decided to select them to replace our roof.  We worked with Dan Willis/Owner of the company, right from the beginning.  He was professional, knowledgable, always available to talk/discuss, and we so appreciated that he did what he said he would do.  Since we were doing much of this job long distance and through email, this was all instrumental in our decision making process of selecting the right tile style/colors for our new roof.  Overall we feel Dan did a great job on the roof...within budget, and on time..and we will definintely recommend Above the Rest Roofing to our friends and neighbors.

Other than showing up a little late (45min), service was a professional job, fast 1 day and the crew cleaned up very nicely,Dan (Poc) was very professional and polite in all his contacts with us and explained everything that was needed to be done. all in all very nicely done job, and will recommend to friends

I heard about them from a neighbor who had decided to use them about a month ago.  I was a little apprehensive at first because he said the knocked on his door and offered a roof inspection.  I don’t like people to knock on my door.  When I saw how happy he was with the finished job I decided to call them anyway. When they first came to give me an estimate it was higher than my insurance company said it would be.  When I told them it was too much and they ask why I thought that, they told me sometimes insurance companies may miss something or underpay.  They contacted my insurance company for me to explain the extra charges and insurance agreed to pay the difference.  They were very helpful and understanding about me having to wait for the rest of the insurance money.  I got a new roof with a lot of extras and the whole experience was much different than what I had been dreading. The workers were very polite and cleaned up my yard very well.  It looks better now than before the came. Oh, someone did break a flower pot in my back yard.  I’m not sure if it was one of the workers but when I told Jan I had a broken pot and told her I did not see who broke it she ask if I wanted them to replace it or if she could just pay me.  I told her it was not necessary I just wanted her to know.  The net day she brought me a new (and better) pot with flowers :-) !As far as I’m concerned, they are Above the Rest! Kim
