Albert was a true professional who cared about the quality of the work and didn't stop until the work was complete. We have a tough leak on our waterfall that was really hard to find. He came back multiple times and checked in often through completion of the project and ensuring that it was back up in working condition. It's hard to find professionals like this anymore.

The service was great. Albert & crew were knowledgeable, helped us by educating us about pond & fish care of a house we just purchased.

Slow. The response time was not awesome but it is working now.

Great job. The fish are happy and we are thrilled to be able to see them again. He was timely with his work and easy to talk to , leaving us confident that we made a good choice. We will use him again in the future and tell others about his great work. The fact he is a great family man is a definite plus that resonates with us.

My pond had never been cleaned since setup 4/5 years ago. It smelled, was filthy, an absolute mess and embarrassing. It has a waterfall, small stream, and 19 fish.   Pond (about 1800 gallons) was drained.  Fish were transferred  to a less stressed environment with a bubbler to ensure their safety.  Waterfall box, rocks, stream were CLEANED.  Pump was cleaned and checked. Water was replaced and treated and fish were returned.  We can now see them!  Netting was replaced over the pond.  Pete explained what had been done and what products were used.  Additional products for upkeep were available for purchase to control algae.  I made the $97 purchase;  so that next year,  Pete won't find a mess.  Pete was very professional and was nonjudgmental about my pond and my lack of maintenance..

AAA Pool Care is great! They installed a new float shutoff valve, provided us some counseling on pool care and corrected an area where we had water overflow issues. I highly recommend them as they were very professional and probably one of the few service providers willing to provide repair services on landscape pools in Colorado Springs.

Albert provides exemplary customer service!  He is accessible by phone and returns calls promptly. His crew is hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable.  We have used their services many times and are always very satisfied.  The clean-up went well and all systems were go!  It is a pleasure to work with AAA Pond!

Albert contacted me not long after I reached out through Angie's List. Despite what must be a busy time, he was actually able to get me in the following week. The arrival time was set for 1. I called to say I was running late, but got no answer, so I skipped an errand to be there. His crew arrived an hour late. No huge deal.
Jake and his co-worker were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of the overgrown grasses and lilly pads. Jake and I discussed options for the spring regarding leaking along a stream that flows into the main pond. He also told me about some products that would help with algae overgrowth. It was a really helpful, pleasant experience.
I contacted Albert that day about setting up an appointment for a spring cleaning, a much more involved process of removing all the water and fish and giving it a thorough going over. He got with me very quickly. We set something up and discussed possibilities for the stream. Really nice guy and responsible businessman.

Albert and his worker were very professional.  Albert is very knowledgable about ponds. He gave us helpful advice on everything from water treatment to fish and plant care. Albert and his worker went beyond the original scope of work to make sure we were completely satisfied, and did so at a reasonable price. I highly recommend AAA Pond Care for any work concerning pond care.  We plan to use Albert for any future pond needs.

this is long overdue.  We moved into our house in august of 2013 which came with a Koi pond.  It had tons of algae in it and we had no clue what to do.  A friend of ours referred us to AAA Pond Care because she uses them all them time.  He came out, drained the pond and it was beautiful.  We have him do our winterizing and springtime opening.  Albert has also been very generous in giving us used pumps for a fee because we are still undecided whether or not we want to have a koi pond.  He and his staff are amazing and very kind people.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Albert and all of his crew. My job was rather complicated with a pump incorrectly installed by another company, the crew did an excellent and timely job and my fountain is running beautifully. I would certainly use them again.

This was amazing to see Albert and 2 other workers suck out all the bad stuff from our pond and trim back the overgrown water plants. They saved our 2 fish, cleaned everything like new, found a leak, put our waterfall back in operation, and refilled the pond with chemicals added. The fish were put back in and as happy as a fish can be in clean water and now a larger pond to swim in.

This is a crew that really knows what they are doing and charge a very reasonable price for their service.

We highly recommend them.

It was excellent. The crew arrived on time and worked hard the entire time. Albert was very knowledgeable and not only cleaned the pond like new, but educated my wife and I in all aspects of keeping a healthy pond.  He was outstanding, our pond looks brand new.

Albert and his team did a wonderful job.  They were punctual, professional, and thorough.  We had quite a bit of leaves and debris in the waterfall.  They cleaned everything and the waterfall is running very well.  I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

They arrived slightly early and got straight to work. They were friendly and efficient. They day after start-up, I noticed that the pond was losing water, and called on a Saturday to ask what I should look for to solve the problem. Albert was friendly and talked me through how to trouble-shoot to find the problem.

Albert and his crew did a great job. When I decided that I didn't want the expense and headache of a large double waterfall pond Albert researched and designed a rock garden that has a "pondless" pond at one end utilizing the existing waterfall.  He and his crew moved in a ton of topsoil and river rocks and they did a great job building the new water feature.  They were meticulous about not damaging my lawn and were thoroughly professional throughout the two-day job.  The project came in under budget despite running into the usual snafus.  I'd highly recommend Albert and AAA Pond Care to anyone needing water feature construction and/or maintenance.

Perfect; he was prompt, had enough personnel, and not only fixed what he came to repair, but found other key things that needed to be dealt with.  All quickly and very reasonably.
