Doug Kelly and his crew were very professional.  They were here when they said, they picked up after themselves, and made it as pain less for us in the home, during the installation.  They were willing to make changes and were excellent on making suggestions and just taking care of business.  I am amazed at the end result.  They even took care of any hook ups in the kitchen, (like the water dispenser for the frig) and made sure everything was put back as they found it, only they made it better of course. I thought they were fairly priced and produced an excellent product.  I would use them again, and probably will be soon.

I called Doug Kelly at the recommendation of a friend. He scheduled Jimmy to come soon after. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. My carpets are 5 years old and have been cleaned several times. Best they have ever looked, smelled and felt! Jimmy was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to my friends.

They don’t normally work on Sundays. We gave him our situation and he worked on his day off. He even gave us a military discount and the carpet looked a hundred times better.!
