Description of Work: I ordered flowers from Teleflora for my mom to be delivered for Mothers Day. Since I live in Kansas City, I used the online order and expected to have what I ordered and paid for delivered. Unfortunately, my father passed away and I actually came home to Colorado Springs that weekend. When I saw what was actually delivered to my mom, I was very upset. It was half the size, half dead, and partially damaged. When I called Teleflora to complain, they refused to give me the name of the florist they used. When I checked the card, I found it was Wildflower. I called them. At first they offered to deliver a new arrangement, but told me I'd have to pay a $15 delivery fee. I refused. They hung up on me. When I took the sad original arrangement in to their shop, they agreed that it was terrible and made me a new arrangement. I took that one home myself as they wouldn't deliver anything. The new arrangement was dead within three days.
